Court Discharges And Acquit Isha Johansen On 8-Count Corruption Charges

SHA JOHANSEN AND CHRISTOPHER KAMARA ACQUITTED AND DISCHARGED ON 8 COUNT CHARGES, THUS ASKED TO PREPARE THEIR DEFENCE ON 3 COUNTS OUT OF THE 11 COUNTS CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST THEM BY THE A.C.C, IN THE HIGH COURT OF SIERRA LEONE… PRECEDED OVER BY JUSTICE REGINALD SYDNEY FYNN…AS CASE ADJOURNED TO THE 30TH OCTOBER, 2018

The learned Justice delivering his judgement on a no case submission, acquitted and discharged both Isha and Christopher, thus adjourned the matter to the 30th October, 2018.

According to Justice Fynn, they have no case to answer on # 4 to 11, but 1 to 3 and should prepare their defence on the next adjourned date, prio to his final ruling.

Isha was also granted permission to travel to Zurich, on a delegation with other stakeholders in a bid to settle the stalemate between the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) and the world governing body FIFA.
